Summer Blessing - A Journey into the Light
Saturday June 14th
12-2:15pm hosted at the Wellness Centre
Each of the seasons offers a distinct invitation and medicine.
Summer is often long awaited and a time of emergence and growth.
I invite you to intentionally step into this abundant season with a mini retreat which will include earthy inspiration from the homestead, a short movement practice, and a longer guided meditation journey into the luminous energy body via the portals of the chakras.
Please bring:
-A small cup for cacao
-A journal & pen
-Yoga mat (studio has lots of mats and props available as well)
-Optional: a candle and/or flowers for our summer altar
